For years, Ryan's had a dream of starting an automotive shop. Together with family, he started Broken Spur Auto because he believes people deserve an honest mechanic. Ryan's promise is simple: He'll treat your vehicle like it's his own. He will explain every repair clearly, and only recommend what's truly needed. With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, including time spent in management, Ryan's goal is to make sure the job is done right so you can get back on the road with confidence.
About Austin
Austin is a Level 3 mechanic and proud member of the Broken Spur Auto crew. He completed his first year of school at Okanagan College, and the following two at Thompson Rivers University. Around the shop, he's known for being patient, detail‑oriented, and straight‑up honest about what your vehicle needs and what it doesn’t. He takes the time to explain what he's seeing, walk you through your options, and make sure you feel comfortable before any work gets done. Whether it’s a simple service or a tricky diagnosis, Austin's goal is to send you back on the road feeling safe, confident, and taken care of.
